Yes, registration is free. You are free to choose whether to take part in the surveys offered to you. Each questionnaire lets you share your opinion as part of a consumer study.
What types of surveys will I be offered?
We offer online studies, product tests, focus groups and mystery shopping visits. Opportunities depend on your profile and the needs of each study.
How do I use my points?
Once your balance reaches 10,000 points, go to the “Gift shop” menu in your member area. Choose a reward, checking its value and the points required, then follow the instructions. Find out about delivery times and methods.
How often will I be able to answer?
Whenever a new survey is offered to you, we send you an email invitation or a notification if you have installed the SurveyFriends app and enabled notifications. You can also log in to your member area very regularly: new surveys may be available every day.
