SurveyFriends members may be invited to complete surveys matching their profile. When participation meets the stated conditions, the specified points are added to the account and can then be exchanged for available rewards.

What types of studies might you be offered?
- Online surveys: share your opinion in a questionnaire about products, services or your habits.
- Product tests: try a product following the study instructions, then share your experience.
- Consumer focus groups: discuss a topic, product or service with other participants.
- Mystery shopping visits: carry out a visit following the instructions received and describe your experience.
Opportunities depend on the projects and your profile. The location, duration, participation conditions and any compensation are specified in the invitation.
How do you receive invitations?
When a new study is launched, SurveyFriends compares the initial criteria required with the information provided in members’ profiles. If your profile appears to match, you may receive an invitation by email or notification if you have installed the SurveyFriends app and enabled notifications. Opportunities are also available in your member area.
You can sign in regularly: new surveys may be available every day. There is no guaranteed frequency: the number of surveys depends on the studies available and profiles sought at any given time. Your age, place of residence, household, occupation or consumption habits may be taken into account when selecting people to invite.
Why might a survey end quickly?
The first questions are often used to check that you exactly match the study’s target audience. The questionnaire may end if a criterion is not met or if the expected number of responses for your category has already been reached. This selection does not call the quality of your profile into question, and other invitations may suit you better.
Points are therefore not credited automatically as soon as you open a survey. The conditions specified in the invitation must be met and, for some studies, validation takes place after fieldwork has closed.
Four tips for receiving relevant surveys
- Complete your profile: complete the questionnaires available in your member area. They are optional but help us offer relevant studies.
- Update your information: moving home or a change in circumstances can change which studies are relevant.
- Check your invitations promptly: some quotas can be filled quickly.
- Answer carefully: read each question and give honest, consistent answers.
When do points appear in your account?
Depending on the study, points may be credited at the end of the questionnaire or after a check. The timing and number of points are stated in the survey information. You can track your balance and its history in your member area.
If a message confirms that points have been awarded but your balance has not changed after the stated time, first check the SurveyFriends FAQ, then contact the team, specifying the name or number of the study concerned.
