Using your points
SurveyFriends gift cards and rewards
Once your balance reaches 10,000 points, you can redeem your points in the gift shop. Below are the cards, their value and the number of points required to redeem each one.
How do you redeem your points?
- Log in to your member area to check your points balance.
- Open the shop and check the conditions stated for each reward.
- Make your selection, then confirm the information requested.
- Keep the confirmation email until you receive your reward.
The first exchanges are available from 10,000 points. For example, a reward worth £5 request 10,000 points, and a card worth £10 request 20,000 points. Check the number of points shown on your chosen card, then follow the instructions in the “Gift shop” menu in your member area.

Receipt and tracking of your request
Digital rewards, such as PayPal or Amazon: delivery is not instant. A security period of around 48 hours, including weekends, allows us to check that the request really comes from you. Once it has been processed, you receive an email from the relevant partner and confirmation from SurveyFriends.
Physical gift cards: the dispatch time stated when ordering is an average of 6 calendar days (12 calendar days maximum), including weekends and public holidays. SurveyFriends informs you when your card has actually been sent by tracked post, so that you can track its delivery.
